An Opt-In Safelist is a list where when you
join you are able to email other members on the list.

This is not concidered SPAM or unsolicited email,
since all member's who have joined gave us their email address
knowing that they would receive email from other members.

All email addresses are double-opt-in.
Meaning that email address must be confirmed. All emails to the list are sent out immediately
and your email address is never seen by other members.
Also each email is labeled, so that the recipients know that
the email came from the safelist and it also gives removal instruction,
if they do not want to receive the emails anymore.
